Policies to reduce inequality vary from company to company. However, some basic rules can make up the simple structure of these policies.

Systems Not People

It is thought that people are the problem when it comes to bias. People’s own opinions and thoughts cause discrimination and hatred. However, it is not always the case. It can restrict the persons’ ability to show a personality that could make them more likeable for the job. Furthermore, both can positively and negatively affect someone’s mental health. It can also set up the foundations of a person’s mental health within a company. Such as, if the person has a positive experience and can show who they are, they are more likely to be expressive and comfortable in the workplace. It can set somebody up for success.
