Ways To Cope With Depression
Depression is as dangerous as any other mental illness. Therefore, it should be treated the same as any other mental illness. Some ways to deal with depressive symptoms are:

· Spending time with friends and family
· Medication
· Taking time away from social media
· Spending time in the outdoors
· Breathing exercises
· Taking on new hobbies
Is depression a mental illness? Yes, and therefore, it must be dealt with and taken as seriously as any other mental illness that people suffer. Some people would rather treat mental illnesses naturally. We can discuss lots of ways to deal with mental illness without medication. Fresh air, less screen time and spending time with friends and family can be a great place to start.
